He openly claims to have no home and he travels constantly, settling somewhere only long enough to earn wages or sate his boredom, and then moving on again. He's a superbly talented archer and he tends to follow competitions; otherwise, he works as a two-bit magician called "the Phantasm," pretending to read minds while actually reading them. Most of the time, Flint puts on an act of being a charming young man. He seeks out young women and plays this part just long enough to grow bored, then he leaves them. He uses his psychic skills to rattle people, manipulate people, and generally abuse those around him. He's over 300 and, according to him, has been at this for a while. When he drops the act, Flint is generally depressed, bitter, and sarcastic. He blames himself for everything he has done and continues to do, but he doesn't see it in his nature to change. This self-loathing has pushed him to many extremes, including attempts on his life. He has moments of genuine sincerity and kindness but most people rarely tolerate him long enough to see them. Semi-Spoiler: Flint has an insatiable curiousity about other people's thoughts. If he finds an unreadable or unstable mind, he will force his way inside, typically driving the person to insanity. Part of his extreme guilt is over dozens of casualties such as Feu. The only acception to this rule, to date, is Sage. Romantically, Flint has had history with Feu, Ombrage, and Sage.
