Test subjects proved either magically inept or physically decrepit. An unexplained lab accident left Raven the only survivor. She currently lives with Haiku and Espoir as a surrogate daughter and through them she learns about human behavior and "life." Raven is extremely frail. Her eyesight failed her after two years and she has to compensate with psychic skills. Her wings are extremely heavy and she has a difficult time standing upright without help; flying is nigh on impossible. She is, understandably, a withdrawn person. Raven spends most of her time following the thoughts of strangers and living vicariously through them. She also enjoys singing, even if only to herself. Semi-Spoiler: Raven's goal is to meet Flint. She comes upon him so often in the dreams of other people that he caught her interest. She would like to someday talk with him and understand why he is so extremely sad.
